Purpose:
The role of the Market Research Team will be an extension to the current data practices process and will function independently with the job role & function defined for the role and job function.
Executive’s Job duties and responsibilities:
• Managing day to day operations metrics and deliveries
• Calendarized Mentoring and Coaching sessions to be conducted for RA’s for constant improvement and progress.
• People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development.
• Resource forecasting and attrition/retention management.
• Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call. Training and development of staff.
• Ensuring Project SPECS training conducted with the team. Coordination with Quality team on team quality matrix.
• Ensuring client delivery as per B2B Industry criteria – at the same time focusing on the client quality matrix.
• In addition to this there could be additional responsibilities assigned as per requirements.
• Conducting regular coaching conversations with team members on continuously improving efficiencies.
• Assist in improving internal processes and streamline business functionality
• Coordinate with other departments and support team members to resolve all escalated issues with the help of SME/Team coach.
• Planning & conducting activities to increase team engagement and driving fun at work, to enhance team bonding and employee satisfaction.
• In addition to this there could be additional responsibilities assigned as per requirements.
