Purpose: The role of the Market Research Team will be an extension to the current data practices process and will function independently with the job role & function defined for the role and job function.
Executive’s Job duties and responsibilities:
• Meeting the daily target aligned basis the requirement.
• Should be well-versed with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo etc.
• Work towards deliverable count to ensure client goals are met & should be flexible with shift timings.
• Adhere to the process and guidelines defined for the profile.
• Basic knowledge about Microsoft Excel.
• Should be having good knowledge of CDQA, with effective communication.
• In addition to this there could be an additional responsibility assigned as per requirements.
• Doing Quality of the data provided according to below parameters.
• Tenurity/time period is a must; no contact will be valid if the tenurity/time period is missing.
• Min connections is 100+ to validate a contact on linked in.
• Dual employment (only if the required company and title is in the latest(recent) mentioned in the linked in profile)
• If the RPC tenure is more than 5 years then it needs to be checked on Google to cross verify the employment on call.
• Need to cross verify the Job Title with previous titles and education to get a confirmation on the RPC department/title.
• Job Title validation will be done from company website and Linked in, no other links will be considered valid.
• Employee size and industry will be validated from linked in only, would require approval to follow any other links.
• Job Title, geo & company name will be considered only from experience tab on linked in.
• Address/Phone number should match with the RPC profile geo in linked in.
Required Skills:
