The Role
Here are a few things you’ll likely find yourself doing in this role
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to updatecurrent MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Performdata analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
- Create & publish Forecastreports on ad hoc basis.
- Develop MIS system for client management and internal communication.
- Build Employee Performance score cards based on the Project's (KPIs - Key Performance Indicators) & publish the reports on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed for Client & Internal communication
- Understand operational problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Analyse business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaison with support functions & participate in cross-functional meetings to manage& improve existing management information systems (MIS)

- Good Google Sheets, Docs and slides Knowledge
- Self-Driven
- LogicalThinker
- Thorough understanding of the organization and business operations preferred
- Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong knowledge in PLX/SQL and Data Studio
- Knowledge on Google App-Script is added benefit
Qualification
- Any Graduate with experience of SQL, Google PLX, and Data Studio. Should have an understanding of Automation reporting
