Job Summary:
As the Director of Human Resources (HR) , you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies to support the unique needs of a lead generation company. Reporting directly to the executive management team, you will lead talent acquisition efforts, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the seamless integration of HR processes with our lead generation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the lead generation domain.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and streamline the selection process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, emphasizing the company's mission and values.
Corporate Communication:
- Craft communication strategies to align HR initiatives with the company's lead generation objectives.
- Engage employees through targeted communication channels to reinforce the importance of lead generation efforts.
- Leverage internal communication platforms to celebrate successes and promote a culture of collaboration.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Design training programs focused on enhancing lead generation skills and expertise.
- Provide ongoing support to sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes.
- Implement performance assessment frameworks that align with key lead generation metrics.
Payroll Operations & HRIS:
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with lead generation incentive structures.
- Utilize HRIS to track performance metrics related to lead generation activities and employee incentives.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline payroll processes and reporting.
Administration & Facility Management:
- Manage facility-related resources to support lead generation operations, ensuring a conducive work environment.
- Liaise with vendors to procure equipment and services essential for lead generation activities.
- Monitor facility expenses and budget allocation to optimize resources while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of lead generation principles and practices.
- Ability to align HR strategies with lead generation objectives to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building collaborative relationships.
- Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that support lead generation teams.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a minimum of 8 years in managerial roles.
- PGDM/MBA/Doctorate specializing in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
