HR Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

What you’ll own
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and government laws regarding employment practices.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Preparing job offers.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions
- Developing own network of suitable candidates.
- In case if they are selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till on boarding.
- In addition to this there could be additional responsibilities assigned as per requirements.
What we're looking for

Excellent Communication is mandatory, basic knowledge about Microsoft Excel, and Should be Excellent with LinkedIn Connections

Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- UG/Grad with minimum 0.6 months of B2B experience MANDATORY*
