Purpose:
The role of the Market Research Team will be an extension to the current data practices process and will function independently with the job role & function defined for the role and job function.
Executive’s Job duties and responsibilities:
• Good knowledge of advance MS-Excel.
• Proficiency in preparing reports using MS-excel formulas.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sound listening and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Should be skilled in Call monitoring, Data management, Site management level & Quality monitoring.
• Basic IT know-how i.e. understanding application of Information Technology.
• Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment.
• Structured thought process.
• Self-driven.
• Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
• Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at individual level.
• Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for staff.
• Provides feedback to employees, leaders and managers.
• Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames with limited direct supervision
• Provides feedback to the team leaders & managers.
• Maintenance of reports including Productivity, Quality and SLA
• Handling client deliveries and maintaining delivery details.
• Knowledge of Sales Navigator will be an added advantage
• In addition to this there could be an additional responsibility assigned as per requirements.
