Today, we’re proud to share insights from Manoj Desai, Assistant Manager - IT, whose nine-year journey with S2W Media reflects commitment, personal growth, and meaningful connections. Here’s Manoj’s story in his own words:
"It's hard to believe that 9 years have flown by—nearly a quarter of my life and more than half of my career. Reflecting on this journey, it feels both monumental and swift. Every moment has been a celebration and a joy, and S2W Media has played a pivotal role in shaping this remarkable chapter of my life.
I am profoundly grateful to have worked with such an exceptional company and, more importantly, with incredible people. To every member of the S2W Media family, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your unwavering support and companionship throughout this journey.
Finding the right fit in a career is a pursuit everyone seeks, and I am fortunate to have found that with S2W Media. It’s a privilege to be part of a team that nurtures individual growth and helps others find their perfect fit. I’ve loved every moment of working here.
The past nine years have certainly had their share of ups and downs, but I am still here, and there’s a reason for that. My belief in the company and, most importantly, in my boss, has been a guiding force. If I can replicate my positive experience for my peers and colleagues, I know I am fulfilling my role effectively.
I’ve learned several valuable lessons along the way: don’t take yourself too seriously, treat others as you wish to be treated, always focus on the long-term goals, view every challenge as an opportunity, and most importantly, value and respect your product, service, and colleagues. A special thank you to Sumeet Bhingardive, whose guidance has been instrumental in navigating this journey with S2W Media.
As I look ahead, I hope to continue proving my belief and patience in the coming years. Finally, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Puneet Shukla. You are not just a boss but a mentor. Your faith in me and your guidance over the past nine years has been invaluable. This journey has been filled with challenges, growth, and learning, and I am truly thankful for the leadership and skills I’ve developed along the way.
