My Journey with S2W Media: With over a decade at S2W Media, I have dedicated my career to enhancing our technology infrastructure and operational processes. My journey began as an IT Manager, and through various pivotal roles—including Senior IT Manager, Project Manager - Operations, and Assistant Director—I have advanced to my current position as Director of IT & Operations.

In this role, I oversee strategic IT projects, manage technology budgets, and ensure the security and efficiency of our systems. Leading a diverse team of 120 employees, I drive initiatives that optimize operational workflows and align IT strategies with our business objectives.

Some of my significant contributions include:

• Developing a Five-Year IT Strategy: I executed a comprehensive IT strategy that drove digital transformation, significantly enhancing our competitive edge in the industry.
• Negotiating Vendor Contracts: My efforts in vendor negotiations led to a remarkable 20% reduction in annual IT expenses, positively impacting the company’s financial health.
• Integrating Advanced Analytics: By incorporating data-driven insights, I improved process delivery efficiency by 15%, optimizing our operational performance.
• Enhancing System Uptime: I increased system uptime from 90% to 95%, ensuring reliability for our critical applications.

I have fostered a collaborative culture throughout my career, mentoring team members and implementing training programs that promote continuous professional development. I am passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to enhance operational effectiveness and drive innovation.
